Where We Ship
We ship to the United Kingdom, across Europe, and to China. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination and order weight — full details are below.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
United Kingdom
We use a tracked 24-hour delivery service as standard for all UK orders. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Europe
We ship to 27 European countries using a tracked international service. Delivery typically takes 3–11 business days depending on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country and the total weight of your order.
Please note: Orders shipped to European destinations may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by us at the point of sale.
China
We ship to China using a tracked international service. Delivery typically takes 2–11 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight.

Delays or Lost Orders
If your parcel is delayed or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our Customer Service team. We'll investigate promptly and do everything we can to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Missing Items
If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue promptly.
