Agreement to these Terms and Conditions:

By participating in the WST Shop Johnstones Paint Masters Snooker 2026 ticket competition, participants confirm to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility: All participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry, have full legal capacity and must be residents of the United Kingdom. Employees of Promoter, their affiliates or parties engaged in the conduct of the WST Shop Johnstones Paint Masters Snooker 2026 ticket competition as well as any of their affiliated companies and their family members and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) of such employees are not eligible to enter or to win.

To enter simply enter, email team@wstshop.co.uk with you answer between the competition period of 00:01 (GMT) Friday 12 December 2025 to 23:59 (GMT) December 31 2025. After this date no further entries to the Prize Draw will be eligible.

Prize: The prize is: one (1) winner will win two (2) x hospitality tickets in the 1878 Club hospitality suite for the WST Shop Johnstones Paint Masters Snooker 2026 Quarter Final match at 13:00 (GMT) on Thursday 15 January 2026 at Alexandra Palace, Alexandra Palace Way, London, N22 7AY. This will include a complimentary bar and include a 2-course meal. Please note that travel and accommodation to the event is not included in the prize and there is no cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is non-refundable, and non- prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Please note that if you make a purchase and then your order is returned or refunded between the competition period of 00:01 (GMT) Friday 12 December 2025 to 23:59 (GMT) December 31, 2025, your entry will be void.

The prize is subject to these Prize Draw T&Cs, and any further regulations relating to the use of the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to comply with any and all applicable terms and conditions and regulations.

In the event of a prize being unavailable, FLOW INC. LTD, reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

The winner is responsible for ensuring they can accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these Prize Draw T&Cs, in the event they are unable to do so then FLOW INC. LTD, reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Selection of Winner: The winner will be picked at random using a computer-generated selection process from all eligible and valid entries into the Prize Draw received between the 00:01 (GMT) Friday 12 December 2025 to 23:59 (GMT) December 31, 2025. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the closing date. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the closing date or if the winner fails to communicate their acceptance of the prize within 48 hours of being contacted or is unable to comply with these Prize Draw T&Cs, FLOW INC. LTD reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.

If a notified Winner fails to respond within two (2) calendar days after the notification, the Promoter is entitled to select randomly by draw from all remaining eligible entries another individual and award the prize to this person replacing the participant originally declared to be the Winner who shall no longer have the right to claim the prize. The same shall apply if Winner, following the acceptance of the invitation, fails to respond to Promoter’s request to provide the information on required for the final competition within one (1) day. Unsuccessful participants will not be contacted.

Winner Announcement and Right to Object: The Promoter may publish the winner’s surname and county of residence to comply with the CAP Code. If you are selected as the winner, you may object to this information being published or request that we reduce the amount of information published. However, the Promoter must still provide this information to the ASA or other regulators on request.
